Topsoil moisture supplies rated 0 percent very short, 0 short, 60 adequate, and 40 surplus. Subsoil moisture supplies rated 0 percent very short, 0 short, 61 adequate, and 39 surplus.
Winter wheat condition rated 0 percent very poor, 1 poor, 16 fair, 71 good, and 12 excellent.
