The South DakotaDepartment of Agriculture and Natural Resources has issued loans and grants totaling over $172 million for environmental water projects throughout the state.
The grant money is awarded for drinking water, wastewater, storm water, and solid waste projects.
The money is divided into $20 million dollars in grants and over $152 million dollars in low-interest loans.
