Demco® and Dura Unveil Premier Plumbing Package

Demco® and Dura Unveil Premier Plumbing Package

By Jamie Martin

Demco® Products has announced a new partnership with Dura Products to launch the Premier Plumbing Package for DEMCO® liquid tender trailers. The system combines liquid handling, power, batching, and mixing technologies into one fully integrated package.

Built as Demco®’s highest-level plumbing option, the Premier package is designed to simplify liquid application tasks while improving efficiency in the field. Factory installation eliminates the need for additional aftermarket plumbing and ensures all components work together as a single system.

The package is powered by Dura FastBatch™ Direct Injection and Auto-Batch metering technology. This enables operators to inject up to four chemicals simultaneously while maintaining accurate mixing and dispensing. Preset calibrations help deliver repeatable results, while automated controls manage flow rates with a high level of precision.

According to the companies, the system can reduce fill times by up to 75 percent. Loads may be completed in as little as five minutes, helping operators save time during busy application seasons.

The Premier Plumbing Package also introduces features designed to improve convenience and performance. Automated Tank Batch Loading uses the trailer pump to load water directly, removing the need for external equipment. A built-in power system supplies energy to all major components and recharges during transportation.

The package also includes an air blowdown system that clears product from plumbing lines to improve cleanout efficiency and reduce product waste. This feature can help speed up maintenance and simplify handling after applications are completed.

Other standard components include integrated plumbing from storage tanks to the central fill station, a John Blue pump powered by a Honda motor, and a large 65-gallon inductor cone that supports higher mixing capacity.
