SDSU Extension and the International Farm Transition Network (IFTN) will co-host the 2025 IFTN Annual Conference on June 4–5, offering vital resources for those assisting families with farm and ranch transitions.
Held virtually via Zoom, the conference takes place on June 4 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CDT, followed by the annual IFTN meeting on June 5 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. CDT.
The event focuses on improving the skills of professionals who support farm and ranch families in transition. Attendees will gain practical tools to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and build personalized transition plans that meet the goals of every generation involved.
