Soybeans planted was 34%, well behind 81% last year, and behind 47% average. Emerged was 4%, well behind 25% last year, and behind 12% average.
Winter wheat condition rated 4% very poor, 20% poor, 46% fair, 29% good, and 1% excellent. Winter wheat headed was 1%, behind 8% last year and 6% average.
