With an unwavering commitment to the beef industry, Effling brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted understanding of the product, having grown up on her family's cattle operation near Highmore, SD.
Effling began her agricultural career at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M Junior College, where she excelled on the livestock judging team. She later graduated with distinction from Kansas State University, specializing in Animal Science and Industry and Business Minor. Effling's communication prowess earned her All-American recognition as part of the 2020 National Champion Livestock Judging Team.
In her previous role as Director of Programs and Communications for the SD Pork Producers Council, Effling demonstrated her passion for fostering partnerships and collaborations. Now, with Beef Logic, she aims to unite likeminded partners and stakeholders, increasing awareness about the health benefits of beef and the dedication of farmers and ranchers to raising this exceptional product.
